The Target Abs introduces a simple yet effective approach to abdominal training by combining a fixed-angle bench with Touch Target Technology. Instead of adjusting the bench or guessing the correct movement path, users simply perform a sit-up motion and reach toward the colored targets placed above the bench.
Each repetition is completed by touching the central target, while the side targets encourage rotational movement to engage the oblique muscles. This interactive design helps make abdominal workouts more consistent and easier to coach, especially in group training environments.
